Endings and Beginnings

As the year draws to a close, we are reminded that life unfolds in cycles. Endings and beginnings meet us in many forms -- some chosen and carefully planned, others arriving without warning, and sometimes without welcome.

This threshold invites us to pause and reflect on where we are right now. Are we fully present to our lives as they are? Are we allowing ourselves to feel what needs to be felt? Are we meeting life honestly, just as it comes?

For many, this is a time of uncertainty -- a not knowing what lies ahead or what shape the next chapter may take. It’s the “in-between space,” much like the breath itself. We inhale, and before we exhale, there is a brief, sacred pause. In that pause, we can rest. We can release. We can allow.

Whatever you are experiencing -- whether it feels gentle or heavy -- remember that all things move and change. Even this moment will pass. Within you lives a quiet resilience, a steady light, capable of carrying you into another day.

May you find peace in this ending, and gentle hope in the beginning that awaits you.
